The main difference between running a conference room and running a party line is that with a conference room you only have one room to control, and standard web control for that room. On a party line you control the entire system which can have an unlimited amount of rooms, and you will receive an admin page which control's everything on the system.

You will be able to name your party line anything you like. We will then brand your party line, and create you your own web control for your room owners to use. We will provide you with a professional greeting. You can have individual room owners like most of our party lines do, or just have 1 person monitor everything, that is up to you. You can make your own rules, just as long as our 5 system rules on the main page are followed.

With the admin you will be able to view all rooms in use on your system at the same time.

You will have access to your own block list. You can add or delete blocks to allow callers back onto your system. Anyone you block with the admin page is automatically blocked from the entire party line not just the room. You can also edit a block that someone else blocked from their room, if you feel they are a bad person and you want them blocked from your entire system.

You will be able to edit, delete, and create rooms on your system. When we say unlimited we mean unlimited. If you have the time to add the rooms you can create as many as you like. Our lines come with over 10,000 rooms automatically and you can go from there.

You will have access to minute reports which you can download to see how well you are doing on your system. (This feature works best with Microsoft Excel)

You can view, and edit name tags on your line. This will benefit your web controller's. When a caller enters a room the person on web control would see their name, or whatever name you put in for them.

You can also pick and choose what features you want on, or off your line. If there is something you don't like we will remove it.

Web Control On The Phone

Have you ever wanted to run a party line with all those extra cool features that you could only use if you had a computer but you do not have one? Well now you don't need one. The Super User feature lets you mute, kick, and even block callers out of a room with your telephone. Just enter the host code to your room and when you want to activate the feature press pound pound. You will then hear commands on how to use it. The commands are as follows. Press 1 to skip through callers, 2 to go back one caller. When on the specific caller you want, you can press 3 to mute, 4 to kick, or 5 to block the caller from your room. You can press zero at anytime to exit back to your room. Callers will not be able to hear you while you are in super user mode.

Blocking Feature

You can block people from calling into your room. If you have those troublesome callers that keep coming back just block them. You will never have to hear from them again. You do this by clicking on the red X button. Then type in your reason for the block and click send.

Name Tags

You can save the names of your callers so that they stay forever. Simply ask for your caller's name. Type in their name on your web control and hit save. Now every time that caller joins your room their name will automatically be there.

Other Web Control Features

Mute all callers.
Mute individual callers.
Kick individual callers from the room.
Lock your room so that no one else can join.
Record your room.

Phone Controls For Host

Pound 1	Record a room greeting that callers will hear before joining your room.
Pound 2	Lock or Unlock your room so that no one else can join.
Pound 3	Mute or Unmute all callers.
Pound 4	Start or stop a room recording. (write down your recording ID)
Pound 8	Kick all callers from your room.
Pound Pound	Activate the Super User feature.

Regular party line features for all callers

Private Feature

To go private with another caller all you need to do is exchange the last 2 digits of each other's phone number. You enter their last 2, and they enter your last 2. So if my last 2 digits are 23 and yours are 33. I would then press 33 from in the room, and you would press 23. It is that simple. This feature is safe, easy to use, and you will never have to worry about forgetting your private code, unless of course you change your phone number. To exit a private connection press pound pound. You will then end up back in the original room you were in. If for some reason this feature does not work for you, just hang up and call right back in. What this means is that the system did not recognize your telephone number but it usually works the first time without a problem.

Private Rooms

From the main menu just enter any 3 or 4 digit code followed by the pound key. Make sure your friends know the room code, and meet them there. There are thousands of rooms to choose from, so you never have to worry about not being able to use a private room.

Roll Call (if enabled)

When you first enter a room it will ask you to record your name. If you or anyone else says their name or says anything for that matter, callers in the room will then be able to press star 4 to hear what each caller recorded for themselves.

Ask A Question

If you press star 7 in a room a question mark will show up on the web control notifying the room host that you have a question or need help.

Listen To A Room Recording

If you know a recording ID press 9 star and enter it. If you enter it correctly you will hear the main menu of the party line you are on. Just join a room, and the recording will start. When you are finished you will end up back in the original room you were in.
